Moby Dicks Whale Beach Wedding

Ash and Tom’s wedding at Moby Dicks Whale Beach was an unforgettable event that will be remembered by all who were fortunate enough to attend. This stunning wedding venue owned by The Boathouse Group, is located on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, provided a breathtaking backdrop for the couple’s nuptials.

The day began with the bridal party getting ready in a nearby beach house, surrounded by Ash’s closest family. Ash was a vision in her Corston Couture gown from The Ivory Room in Sydney, complemented by a delicate bouquet of white, yellow and purple flowers by Hills Blooms. Tom looked dapper in his 3 piece cream coloured suit, with a simple white shirt and a black bow tie.

As guests arrived at Moby Dicks, they were greeted with stunning views of the ocean, as well as a welcome drink and canapes. Because it was raining on their wedding day, Ash and Tom had to move their ceremony inside at Moby Dicks. It overlooked Whale Beach, with the sound of waves crashing against the shore providing a natural soundtrack.

Ash and Tom were married by Claire Belford and exchanged vows in front of a beautifully decorated backdrop of flowers, with their closest friends and family looking on. The love between the couple was palpable. There wasn’t a dry eye in the house as they shared their first kiss as husband and wife.

After the ceremony, guests enjoyed a delicious feast in the venue’s reception space. The reception tables adorned with simple, yet elegant floral arrangements. The speeches were heartwarming and funny, with plenty of laughter and tears.

As the night went on, the dance floor filled up with guests of all ages. They danced the night away to a mix of old and new tunes, accompanied by the amazing saxophone player, Gary Honor. The newlyweds took to the floor for their first dance, with the ocean breeze in the background and the stars twinkling overhead.

Overall, Ash and Tom’s wedding at Moby Dicks Whale Beach was a day full of love, laughter, and joy. The stunning location, delicious food, and beautiful decorations made it a truly unforgettable event. It was a privilege to be a part of such a special day, and we wish the happy couple a lifetime of love and happiness together.
